On December 22, 2014, Third Party Requester and Appellant,
MotionPoint Corporation (“Appellant”), filed a Notice of Appeal in this
reexamination. Appellant’s Request for an oral hearing on this appeal was
granted and scheduled for February 3, 2016. However, on February 1, 2016,
Appellant filed a communication requesting that the appeal be withdrawn in
this reexamination.

Accordingly, the appeal in this reexamination is dismissed and the
oral hearing scheduled for February 3, 2016, is hereby cancelled.
