In addition, pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b) and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), the parties filed a true and correct copy of a Settlement Agreement, along with a Joint Request to Treat Settlement Agreement as Business Confidential Information, to be kept separate from the publicly available patent files. These cases are all in the preliminary stage. No decision on whether to institute a trial has been made. Under these circumstances, it is appropriate to enter judgment. Therefore, the Joint Motion to Terminate Proceeding is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Terminate Proceeding is GRANTED and the proceeding is hereby TERMINATED; and FURTHER ORDERED that the Joint Request to Treat Settlement Agreement as Business Confidential Information is GRANTED, and the Settlement Agreement will be kept separate from the patent files.
