Employer and INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 605 Petitioner Case 15-RC-121665 DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to a self-determination election held April 16, 2014, and the Regional Director's report recommending disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Decision and Direction of Election. The tally of ballots shows 30 ballots cast for and 1 ballot cast against the Petitioner, with 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient number to affect the results. No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's report within the time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED that the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 605 may bargain for Technicians, Radiation Protection; Technicians, Radiation Protection Support; Lab Technicians, Chemistry as part of the existing collective bargaining unit (known as the “Craft” unit) working at the Employer’s Grand Gulf Nuclear Station, which unit is currently represented by the Petitioner.
