JUDGMENT
On February 9, 1998, Enlow et al., the junior party, filed pursuant to 37 CFR
§ 1.662(a) a request for entry of an adverse judgment as to all the claims which
correspond to the count in this interference (Paper No. 35).
Accordingly, JUDGMENT as to the subject matter of the count in issue is hereby
awarded to Udo Quotschalla and Helmut Linhart, the senior party. Accordingly, William
P. Enlow and Leo J. Valdiserri, the junior party, are not entitled to their patent
containing claims 1-9 corresponding to the count.
