' 'Case No. R-4046 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 7, 1942 On August 18, 1942, the National 'Labor Relations Board issued a 'Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceed- ing.', Pursuant to the Direction of Electionan election by secret ballot was conducted on September 9, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois). On September 14, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Rela- tions Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. R B., No. 176 896 EICOR, INCORPORATED 897 and selected by a majority of all production, tool, die, and main- tenance employees, shop clerical employees, and working supervisors who do not have power to hire and discharge, at the Oglesby, Illinois, plant of Eicpr, Incorporated, excluding all technical, office, other clerical, and sales' employees, foremen, and watchmen, as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, United Motor Workers, Federal Labor Union No. 23158, A.
