DECISION AND DIRECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections and a challenged
ballot in an election held May 30, 2014, and the hearing officer's report recommending
disposition of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election
Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 9 ballots cast for and 9 ballots cast against the
Union, with 1 challenged ballot, a sufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time
provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and
recommendations.
DIRECTION
IT IS DIRECTED that the Regional Director for Region 19 shall, within 14 days of
this direction, open and count the ballot of Kori Hutchins, and thereafter prepare and serve
on the parties a second revised tally of ballots, and issue the appropriate certification.
