ORDER
The Joint Motions of the Respondent, the Charging Party, and Counsel for the
Acting General Counsel to Withdraw Previously-Filed Motion to Transfer
Proceedings and to Remand the above two cases to the Regional Director for the
purpose of approving a non-Board settlement of these cases are granted.
Accordingly, these cases are remanded to the Regional Director for Region 3 of the
National Labor Relations Board for further appropriate action.
