See New Process Steel, L.P. v. NLRB, 560 U.S. 674 (2010). In denying review of the Regional Director’s finding that the Preventative Maintenance Engineers must be included in the unit, we note that the Petitioner’s request for review fails to address the relevant community-of-interest standard as set forth in PCC Structurals, Inc., 365 NLRB No. 160 (2017), or to contend that PCC Structurals was wrongly decided.
