ORDER
The Joint Motion of Counsels for the General Counsel and the Charging Party to
remand the case to the Regional Director to investigate Respondent’s inability to pay
assertions, issue a compliance specification, and litigate all remedial issues is granted.
Accordingly, this matter is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 20 of the
National Labor Relations Board for further appropriate action.
The Respondent’s motion to allow late filing of its statement of position due to
excusable neglect is now moot, and will not be considered by the Board.
