CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES

On July 13, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called
the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of, Election in the above-
entitled proceeding." Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an elec-
tion by secret ballot was conducted on August 4, 1942, under the
direction and supervision of the Regional Director for thA Seven-
teenth Region (Kansas City, Missouri). On August 4, 1942, the
Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III; Section 9, of
National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as
amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report.-
No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report
have been filed by any of the parties.
As to the results of the balloting, the Regional Director reported as
follows :

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Local Industrial Union No. 1192, affiliated
with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and
selected by ,a majority of all production and maintenance employees
employed by the Company in and about its Kansas City elevator,
known as Santa Fe Elevator "A", exclusive of supervisory and office
personnel, as,their representative for the purposes of collective bar-
gaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor
Relations Act, Local Industrial Union No. 1192, affiliated with the
Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative
of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with
respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other condi-
.,tions of employment.
