the above-entitled case; the Board having on June 4, 1940, issued its
Decision and Direction of Election; 1 and thereafter on August 26,
1942, Packing-house Workers Organizing Committee having re-
quested permission to withdraw its petition, aid the Board having
duly considered the matter,
IT Is IIEREBY ORDERED that the request of the petitioner for permission
to withdraw its petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and that the afore-
said case be, and it hereby is, closed. . ^^
