Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on April 16, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Eighteenth Region (Minneapolis, Min- nesota). On April 20, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballots or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. F. of L., has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of the Company employed in the blacksmith shop (or forge shop), and the boiler shop, including heat treaters employed in the machine shop, but excluding die sinkers in the blacksmith shop, if any, all clerical and supervisory employees, janitors, and watclmien, as their representative for the purposes of, collective bargaining, and that,, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Brotherhood of Blacksmiths, Drop Forgers and Helpers, Local No. 629, A. F. of L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect'to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. IT Is FURTHER CER11FIED that International Molders and Foundry Workers Union of North America, L- ccal Union No:-230, A. F. of L., -has been designated and selected by a majority of all foundry workers employed by the Company, including molders, coremakers, foundry labor, shake-out and mill-room employees, and pattern clerks, but excluding the foreman, other supervisory employees, clerical workers, pattern makers, janitors, and watchmen, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Molders and Foundry Workers Union of North America, Local Union No. 230, A. F. of L., is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, .hours,of employment, and other conditions of employment.
