ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
March 15, 1940
The Board, on December 5, 1938, having issued a Decision, Order,
and Direction of Election in the above-entitled cases,'. and, there-
after, the American Federation of Labor, by letter dated March 1,
1940, signed by Fred Olds, Representative, having requested per-
mission to withdraw the petition filed in Case No. R-597, the Board,
on March 8, 1940, having given due notice that on Thursday, March
14, 1940, or as soon thereafter-as might be convenient, it would permit
the withdrawal of the said petition, unless sufficient cause to the con-
trary'should then appear, and no objections having been filed with
the Board,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the American Federation
of Labor for permission to withdraw the petition filed in` Case No.
R-597 be, and it hereby is, granted, and that Case No. R-597 be, and
it hereby is, closed.
