CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
July 8, 1942
On May 12, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a
Decision and Diiection of Election in this proceeding 1 On June 5,
1942, the Board issued an Amendment to Direction of Election 2
On June 12, 1942, the Board issued a Second Amendment to
Direction of Election 3 Pursuant to the Direction of Election, as
amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on June 18, 1942,
under the diiection and supervision of the Regional Director for the
Third Region (Buffalo, New York). On June 22, 1942, the Regional
Dilectoi, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor
Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued
and duly served upon the parties an Election Report No objections
to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed
by any of the parties

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that United Dairy Workers Association has
been designated and selected by a majority of all employees of Crow-
ley's Milk Co., Inc, at its Binghamton, New York, plant, including
plant employees, maintenance employees, transport and retail driv-
ers, but excluding store, office, and supervisory employees, as their
representative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that,
pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Dairy Workers Asso-
ciation is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the
purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages,
hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
