ORDER

On April 22, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued' a
Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled pioceeding 1
On May 22, 1941, the Boai d issued an Amendment to Direction of
Election 2 Pursuant to the Du ection of Election, as amended, an elec
tion by secret ballot was conducted on May 29, 1941, under the direction
and supeivision of the Regional Director for the Eleventh Region
(Indianapolis, Indiana) On June 3, 1941, the Regional Director,
acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations
Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly
served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot
As to the balloting and its iesults, the Regional Dix ector reported
as follows

On June 7, 1941, United Fiumture Workers of America, Local 312,
affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, heieni called
the United, filed Objections to Election Report On December' 31,
1941, the United requested permission to withdraw its objections with
prejudice 3 We hereby grant the request of the United to withdraw
its objections

' The United's withdrawal was conditioned upon the Company's compliance with the
terms of a stipulation, pioviding for the settlement of Section 8 (1) charges against the
Company The Company has complied with the teams of the stipulation

The results of the election show that no collective bargaining repre-
sentative has been selected by a mad of ity of the employees The peti-
tion for investigation and certification of representatives of employees
of Craddock Furniture Co , Evansville, Indiana, NN ill therefore be
dismissed
ORDER
By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49
Stat 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifica-
tion of i epresentatives of employees of Craddock Furniture Co , Evans-
ville, Indiana, filed by United Furniture Workeis of America, Local
312, affiliated with the Congress of Industiial Organizations, be and it
hereby is, dismissed.
