On September 26, 2018, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision,
Order, and Notice to Show Cause why this case should not be remanded for further
consideration under The Boeing Co., 365 NLRB No. 154 (2017). No party filed a
response to the Notice to Show Cause.
Having duly considered the matter,
IT IS ORDERED that the Board’s Order Approving Stipulation, Granting Motion,
and Transferring Proceeding to the Board is revoked and this proceeding is remanded to
the Regional Director for Region 16 for further appropriate action.
