SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
AND
ORDER

On December 24, 1941, -the National Labor Relations Board,
herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Election 1
in this proceeding. On January 16, 1942, the Board issued its Amend-
ment to Direction of Election.2 On February 20, 1941, pursuant to
the Direction of Election, as amended, an election by secret ballot
was conducted under the direction and supervision of the Regional
Director for the Second Region (New York City). On February 21,
1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9,
of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series
2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election
Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election
Report have been filed by either of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported
as follows:

'The results of the election show that no collective bargaining
representative has been selected by a majority of the employees of the
Company in the unit heretofore found to be appropriate for
the purposes of collective bargaining. We shall therefore dismiss
the petition for investigation and certification of representatives of
employees of the Company.

ORDER
By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49
Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and cer-
tification of representatives of employees of Consolidated Crystal
Co., Inc., New York City, filed by Wholesale and Warehouse Workers
Union Local 65, C. I. 0., be, and it hereby is, dismissed.-
