On October 31, 1939, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, issued and duly served upon the parties her Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any the parties. L. R. B. 1008. 17 N. L. R. B., No. 78. 913 914 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Longshoremen's Associa- tion, Local 1474, A. F. of L., has been selected by a majority of the, employees of Agwilines, Inc., in the operation of Clyde Mallory Lines, engaged generally in the maintenance and repair of ships or piers , namely : the deck department shore gang, boiler scalers, carpenters, carpenters' helpers, sailmakers, sailmakers' assistants, tinsmiths, electric truck mechanics and helpers, batterymen, store- keeper, night donkeymen, and sweepers, excluding supervisory employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, International Longshoremen's Association, Local 1474, A. F. of L., is the exclusive bargaining representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
