Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on November 14, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Seventh Region (De- troit, Michigan). On November 17, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Rela- tions Board Rules and 'Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 56. 332 CHRYSLER CORPORATION 333 IT is HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Union, United Automo- bile Workers of America, affiliated with CIO, has been designated and selected by a majority of all salaried and hourly rated office workers, including timekeepers, telephone and teletype operators, and 'mail clerks,. employed by Chrysler Corporation at its -Marysville Division, Marysville, Michigan, excluding supervisory employees, engineers, all employees in the labor relations department and the employment department, all employees in the time study, methods, and budget department (except secretarial employees), credit men, professional employees, draftsmen, package engineers, and the con- fidential secretaries to executives, heads of departments and fore- men, as `their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, International Union, United Automobile Workers of America, affiliated with CIO, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
