ORDER VACATING AND SETTING ASIDE IN PART
DECISION, DIRECTION OF ELECTION, AND ORDER
March 17, 1939
The Board having issued its Decision, Direction of Election, and
Order in the above-entitled matter on April 14, 1938;1 and the tran-
script of the record in this matter not having been filed in any court;
and the Board having given due notice that on Friday, March 17,
1939, unless sufficient cause to the contrary should then appear, it
would set aside and vacate so much of its Decision, Direction of Elec-
tion, and Order in the above-entitled matter, as relates to Case No.
C-307, and no sufficient cause to the contrary appearing, and the
Board desiring to take further proceedings in this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that so much of the Decision, Direction of
Election, and Order, as relates to Case No. C-307 be, and it hereby is,
set aside and vacated, and that the Board shall take such further pro-
ceedings in Case No. C-307 as it may be advised are necessary or
desirable.
