I 0 for the purposes of collective bargaining On June 25, 1942, the Regional Director issued and duly served upon the parties Elec- tion Reports on the balloting Objections to the election among the employees of the McDonald Mills, McDonald, Ohio, a division of the Youngstown District, were filed by the United Roll Turners Asso- ciation After due investigation and consideration the Regional Director dismissed the objections, without prejudice to any further disposition of the Petition for Investigation and Certification of Representatives filed by the Association pursuant to Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act with the Regional Director for the Eighth Region, (Cleveland, Ohio) in Case No VIII-R-822.
