THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
AND
ORDER

The National Labor Relations Boaid, herein called the Board issued
a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings
on November 17, 1941,1 a Supplemental Decision and Amendment to
Direction of Election on December 3, 1941,2 and a Second Supple-
mental Decision and Direction to Run-Off Election on Januaiy 31,
1942 3 Pursuant to the Direction of Run-Off Election, an election by
secret ballot was conducted from April 12, 1942, to May 2, 1942, under
the direction and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the
Sixth Region (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) On June 22, 1942, the
Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9,
of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,
as amended, issued and duly served upon the panties a Run Off Elec
tion Report, reporting as follows concerning the balloting and its
results :

In his Run-Off Election Report, the Acting Regional Director sus-
tained the challenge and iecommended that the challenged ballot not
be counted as a valid vote No objections to the Run-Off Election Re-

port or to the recommendation of the Acting Regional Director con-
tained therein have been filed by any of the parties. The challenged
ballot shall therefore not be counted
The results of the election and the I un-off election show that no
collective bargaining representative has been selected by a majority
of.the employees The petition for investigation and certification of
representatives of employees of Campbell Transportation Company,
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, will therefore be dismissed.
ORDER
By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49
Stat 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and certifi-
cation of representatives of employees of Campbell Transportation
Company, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, filed by National Organization
Masters, Mates & Pilots of America, Local No 25, be, and it hereby is,
dismissed.
