R B, No 231 1265 472811-42-vol 42-80 1266 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Steel Workers Otganizmg Committee (C I O) has been designated and selected by a majority of all pro- duction and maintenance employees of Bucyrus-Erie Company at its Erie, Pennsylvania, plant, excluding supervisory employees, the chief inspector; designers, janitors in the industrial relations department; male clerks in the rating and touting division, the iron foundry, and the stores and stock department; female clerks, typists, and stenogra- phers; and dispatchers and timekeepers, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Steel Workers Organizing Committee (C I O) is the exclusive representative, of all such employees -for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment MR GLLRARD D RLILLY took no pact in the consideration of the,above Certification of Representatives.
