The Board, in its decision of June 6, 2001,
affirmed the refusal under Section 2(e)(1) to register E-
OUTDOORS, on the ground that the term, if used in
connection with the various on-line ordering, communication
and information services identified in the application,
would be merely descriptive thereof.

Applicant, on June 13, 2001, has filed a request for
reconsideration of the decision. This request is identical
to that filed in connection with the Board’s decision with
respect to applicant’s copending application, Serial No.
75/711,655. Accordingly, and since we affirmed the refusal
in this case for the reasons set forth in our decision in
Serial No. 75/711,655, we stand by our decision herein in
accordance with our discussion of applicant’s request for
reconsideration in Serial No. 75/711,655.
