ORDERED that if Biskup intends to oppose either motion,
then on or before 31 July 2001, Biskup shall file its opposition.
FURTHER ORDERED that any reply shall be due on or
before 7 August 2001.
FURTHER ORDERED that if Casale Miscellaneous Motion 1
is granted, a time will be set early in August for Biskup to file
preliminary motions related to U.S. Patent 5,449,832.
