DECISION AND ORDER REMANDING
The National Labor Relations Board, by a three-member panel, has
considered determinative challenges in an election held on April 1, 2014 and the
Regional Director’s report recommending disposition of them. The election was
conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of votes shows
8 for and 7 against the Petitioner, with two challenged ballots, a number sufficient
to affect the results.
The Board has reviewed the report in light of the exceptions and brief, has
adopted the Regional Director’s findings and recommendations.
ORDER REMANDING
IT IS ORDERED that this case is remanded to the Regional Director for
further appropriate action.
