SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION
AND
ORDER
February 28, 1942
On January 20, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued
its Decision and Direction of Election in this proceeding.' Pursuant
to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was con-
ducted on February 11, 1942, by the Regional Director for the
Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois). On February 12, 1942, the
Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of
National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,
as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election
Report. No objections to the conduct of the'ballot or to the Election
Report have been filed by either of the parties. -
As to the balloting and its results, the Regional Director reported
as follows :

The results of the election show that no collective bargaining rep-
resentative has been selected by a majority of the employees of
Herman and Otto Bauske, co-partners, doing business as Bauske
Bros., Woodstock, Illinois, in the unit heretofore found to be ap-

propriate for collective bargaining. We will, therefore, dismiss the
petition for investigation and certification of representatives filed
herein.
ORDER
By virtue of Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act,
49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of Na-
tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2,_ as
amended,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for investigation and cer-
tification of representatives of employees of Herman and Otto
Bauske, co-partners, doing business as Bauske Bros., Woodstock,
Illinois, filed by International Brotherhood of Firemen and Oilers,
Local 94, affiliated with the A. F. of L., be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
