F. OF L. Case No. R-3353 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER February 28, 1942 On January 20, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in this proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was con- ducted on February 11, 1942, by the Regional Director for the Thirteenth Region (Chicago, Illinois). On February 12, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. We will, therefore, dismiss the petition for investigation and certification of representatives filed herein.
