Employer and Case 19-RC-15300 INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MACHINISTS AND AEROSPACE WORKERS, DISTRICT LODGE W- I Petitioner DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE The National Labor Relations Board, by a three-member panel, has considered an objection to an election held May 24, 2010, and the Regional Director's Report recommending disposition of it. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows 13 for and 12 against the Petitioner, with no challenged ballots. The Board has reviewed the Regional Director's Report and the Employer's exceptions and brief, has adopted the Regional Director's findings and recommendations, and finds that a certification of representative should be issued. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE IT IS CERTIFIED THAT a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge W-1, and that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following appropriate unit: All full-time and regular part-time woods drivers, paper drivers, highway drivers, yard truck drivers, low bed drivers, equipment operators, laborers and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at or out of its Aberdeen, Washington, facility; excluding all other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
