On May 20, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Deci-
sion and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceedings 1
Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were
conducted on June 18, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the
Regional Director for the Eighth Region (Cleveland, Ohio) On June
22, 1942,'the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section
9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series
2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election
Report.
As to the balloting and the results thereof, the Regional Director
reported as follows.

On J61y 13, 1942, the Regional Director issued and duly served upon
the parties a Report on Objections, in which he iepoited that Hotel &
Restaurant Employees' & Bartenders' Inteinational Alliance, Local
#118, affiliated with the American Fedeiation of Labor, filed certain
objections to the election and to the Election Report, on June 27, 1942,
and withdrew said objections on July 9, 1942 He also reported that
Switchmen's Union of North America, affiliated with the American

Federation of Labor, filed certain objections to the election and the
Election Report, on June 29, 1942, and withdrew said objections on
July 10, 1942 No further objections to the conduct of the ballot or to
the election Report were filed by any of the parties
CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES
By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor
Relations Boaid by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act,
49 Stat 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended
IT IS HEREBY CERTTFIED that International Brotherhood of Teamsters,
Chauffeurs, Warehousemen & Helpers of Noi th America, affiliated
with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and se-
lected by a majority of the chauffeurs, bus diivers, tiuck drivers,
gieasers, washers, and auto trailer truck diivers of the Atlas Powder
Company, Ravenna, Ohio, as their representative for the purposes of
collectin e bargaining, and that, pursuant to the piovisions of Section
9 (a) of the Act, Inteinational Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs,
Warehousemen & Helpers of North America, affiliated with the Amer-
ican Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such
employees for the pui poses of collective bargaining with respect to
rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of
employment ;
IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, un-
affiliated, has been designated and selected by a majority of the yard
conductors, brakemen, switch tenders, and block station attendants,
engaged in switch tending, of Atlas Powder Company, Ravenna, Ohio,
excluding general yai dmastei s, yardmasters, and assistant- yard-
mastei s, as their, representative foi the purposes of collective bargain-
ing, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Brotherhood of
Railroad Trainmen, unaffiliated, is the exclusive representative of all
such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to
rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of
employment.
IT IS FURTHER CERTIFIED that Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen,
unaffiliated, has been designated and selected by a majority'of-the
yardmasters and assistant yardmasteis of Atlas Powder Company,
Ravenna, Ohio, excluding general yardmaster s, as their representative
for the purposes of collective bargaining; and that, pursuant to Sec-
tion 9 (a) of the Act, Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, unaffiliated,
is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes
of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of
employment, and other conditions of employment;

unaffiliated, has been designated and selected by a majority of the
first cooks, swing cooks, butcheis, second cooks, fry cooks, salad men,
vegetable cooks, yard men, salad women, pot washers, counter men,
counter girls, busgirls, busboys, dish washers, tray washers, cleaning
women, maids, porters, cashiers, bartenders, and stockroom men of,
Atlas Powder Company, Ravenna, Ohio, excluding executive, office,
clerical, and supeivisory employees, as their repi esentative , for the
purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a)
of the Act, National Arsenal Woikeis of America, unaffiliated, is the
exclusive repiesentative of all such employees for the purposes of col-
lective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employ-
ment, and other conditions of employment, and
IT IS FURTHFR CERTIFIED that Brothei hood of Painters, Paperhangers
& Decorators of America, affiliated with the American Federation of
Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of the painters,
sign painters, and glaziers in the maintenance department of Atlas
Powder Company, Ravenna, Ohio, as their representative for the pur-
poses of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of
the Act, Brotherhood of Painters, Paperhangers & Decorators of
America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the ex-
clusive representative-of all such employees for the puiposes of col-
lective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employ-
ment, and other conditions of employment
