On March 31, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties his Election Report. I. 0., herein called the A. W. A., filed with the Regional Director objections to the conduct of the ballot and the Election Report. W. A. to the conduct of the secret ballot and the Election Report. The Board has considered the objections of the A. W. A. and finds that they do not raise substantial or material issues with respect to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report. The objections are hereby overruled. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, 49 Stat. 449 , and pursuant to Article III, Sections 8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board-Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Aluminum Workers Local #22438, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of the production and maintenance em- ployees at the Mobile plant of Aluminum Ore Company , Mobile, Ala- bama, including analysts, order clerks, and head janitor, but excluding supervisory and office employees , watchmen , meter helper , `head oiler, bricklayers and plumbers , and hourly paid plant administrative em- ployees other than the analysts and order clerks, as their representa- tive for the purposes of collective bargaining , and that, pursuant to Section 9 ( a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Aluminum Workers Local #22438, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay , wages, hours of employment , and other conditions of employment.
