DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to a rerun election held
July 10, 2014, and the Regional Director's supplemental report recommending disposition of
them. The rerun election was conducted pursuant to a Decision, Order, and Direction of Rerun
Election issued by the Board on May 30, 2014. The tally of ballots shows 17 ballots cast for and
23 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 void ballots and 0 challenged ballots, an insufficient
number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the Regional Director's supplemental report within the
time provided. Accordingly, the Board adopts the Regional Director's findings and
recommendations, and finds that a certification of results of election should be issued.

CERTIFICATION OF RESULTS OF ELECTION
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have not been cast for Transport
Workers Union Local 229, and that it is not the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of
these bargaining unit employees.
