ORDER
Employer’s Motion to Strike Local 553, International Brotherhood of
Teamsters’ Answering Brief in Opposition to the Employer’s Exceptions is
denied. The Employer’s Motion to Strike is essentially a reply to the Petitioner’s
Answering Brief. In consideration of the need for administrative finality, reply
briefs are generally not permitted in representation proceedings, and the
circumstances presented here do not warrant further briefing.
