Case No. R-3450 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES March 14, 194 On February 17, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceed- ing.1 Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on February 27, 1942, under the direction'and supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Twenty-first Region (Los Angeles, California). On March 2, 1942, the Acting Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of Na- tional Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Re- port. No objections to the conduct of the election or to the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B, No. 162. 823 824 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Flour, Feed & Cereal Workers Union, Local No. 21830, affiliated with the American Federation of Grain Processors Council, affiliated with the A. F. of L., has been desig- nated and selected by a majority of all employees of Albers Milling Company, Los Angeles, California, excluding truck drivers, office em- ployees,- and supervisory employees having the right to hire or dis- charge, as their representative for the purposes of collective bar- gaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Relations Act, Flour, Feed & Cereal Workers Union, Local No. 21830, affiliated with the American Federation of Grain Processors Council, affiliated with the A. F. of L.,' is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
