After due consideration, the Board hereby orders that the Decision and Dnection of Election be amended, as follows : (1) By striking the words "polishing department" in Section IV, The appropriate unit, and substituting therefor the words "polishing and plating departments"; and (2) By striking footnote 2 and substituting the following as foot- note 2. "The Metal Polishers has a contract with the Company expiring November 7, 1942, for the polishers, buffers, strappers, wire and_com- bination brushers, excluding executives, salaried, supervisory and office employees. We assume that this contract covers both the polish- ing and plating departments." MR. GERARD D.
