§ 3372. Budget

The Board shall annually submit to the Legislature, through the Office of the Governor, a budget of the operating expenses and capital investments showing a relation of probable revenues and a program of disbursements based on a plan of the work to be done and the services to be rendered by the Center for the following fiscal year. Provided, That said budget shall not be entered as part of the calculations for the general budget of the University of Puerto Rico.

The Board shall establish the fiscal, budgetary and cost controls necessary to maintain the budget within the limits of the anticipated revenues so as not to incur any deficiencies.
