§ 3371. Exemptions

The Center shall be exempt from the payment of all types of taxes, fees, excise taxes or charges imposed by the Government of Puerto Rico or by municipal governments, including license fees or any others imposed by the Government of Puerto Rico or any of its political subdivisions. The Center is also exempt from the payment of any type of fees or taxes required by law for the execution of judicial proceedings, the issue of certifications by the offices and dependencies of the Government of the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions and the issue of public documents and their registration in any public register of Puerto Rico.
