Rule 19-212 - EMPLOYEE DISABILITY BENEFITS
212.1

Regular full-time employees shall be enrolled in a short and long-term disability insurance program selected by the Authority.

212.2

The Authority shall pay the cost of such disability insurance programs. Benefits for these insurance programs shall be payable in accordance with the respective plan provisions.
