Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Elizabeth Kay Dillon, District Judge. (7:22-cv-00122-EKD-JCH)
Raymond Alexander Ford, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.
Before WILKINSON, GREGORY, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

PER CURIAM
Raymond Alexander Ford, Jr., appeals from the magistrate judge's order denying his motion to appoint counsel and the district court's order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the orders. Ford v. Northam, No. 7:22-cv-00122-EKD-JCH (W.D. Va. Nov. 15, 2022; Mar. 31, 2023; Apr. 26, 2023). We grant Ford's motion to exceed length limitations for his informal brief, deny his motions to compel and to extend the filing time for an informal reply brief, and dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
