Section 80-2-906 - [Effective Until 9/1/2024] Financial responsibility for child placed under Interstate Compact(1) Financial responsibility for a child placed under the provisions of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall, in the first instance, be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the compact.(2) In the event of partial or complete default of performance under the compact, the provisions of Title 78B, Chapter 12, Utah Child Support Act, may also be invoked.Renumbered from § 62A-4a-702 by Chapter 334, 2022 General Session ,§ 79, eff. 9/1/2022.Amended by Chapter 3, 2008 General Session.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
