EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL Repeal applicable to agreements with Professional Standards Review Organizations entered into on or after Oct. 1, 1981, see section 2113(o) of Pub. L. 97-35 set out as an Effective Date of 1981 Amendment note under section 1396a of this title.
