EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEALRepeal effective as of date on which 100 percent of ownership of United States Enrichment Corporation has been transferred to private investors (July 28, 1998), see section 3116(a)(1) of Pub. L. 104-134 set out as a note under former section 2297 of this title.
