Chakrabarty, 447 U.S. at 312; see also Bergy, 596 F.2d at 984; 35 U.S.C. § 162 (1952). Patents granted under the Plant Patent Act still must comply with all other “conditions and requirements” of Title 35, including §§ 102 and 103.
