EFFECTIVE DATE OF REPEAL Pub. L. 114-328, div. A, title XII, §1241(d)(5), Dec. 23, 2016, 130 Stat. 2504, provided that the repeal of this section is effective as of the date that is 270 days after Dec. 23, 2016.
