Section 56502 - Specific powers

The corporate power of a township of the first class shall be vested in a board of commissioners. In the exercise of any specific powers involving the enactment of an ordinance, passage of a resolution or the making of any regulation, restriction or prohibition, the township may provide for enforcement and penalties for violations. The specific powers of the township shall include the powers provided under this article.
