Section 564-B:12-1209 - Delegation to a Trustee, Trust Advisor, or Trust Protector(a) Subject to subsection (b), a trust advisor or trust protector may delegate to any trustee, trust advisor, or trust protector, even if that person is associated or affiliated with the trust advisor or trust protector, any duty or power that a prudent trust advisor or trust protector of comparable skills could properly delegate under the circumstances.(b) A trust advisor or trust protector may not delegate any duty or power that the settlor reasonably expected the trust advisor or trust protector to perform jointly with each trustee, trust advisor, and trust protector who also is vested with that duty or power.(c) The exercise of a power includes the performance of any function involving that power.(d) Unless a delegation was irrevocable, a trust advisor or trust protector may revoke a delegation previously made.Added by 2017, 257:31, eff. 7/18/2017. 2017, 257:31, eff.
