N.H. Rev. Stat. § 284:5
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
It shall be the duty of the attorney general with the aid of the county attorneys of the several counties to enforce the provisions of this chapter upon notification from the commission of any violations thereof.
