N.H. Rev. Stat. § 284:37
Current through Chapter 43 of the 2024 Legislative Session (with exception of Chapter 41 which is not yet available)
Any person violating any provision of RSA 284:35 or 36 shall be guilty of a class B felony if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
