Laws, ch.121] [Effective 7/31/2025] REQUIREMENTS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES(a) A small business, as defined by the United States Small Business Administration under Code of Federal Regulations, title 13, part 121, that conducts business in Minnesota or produces products or services that are targeted to residents of Minnesota, must not sell a consumer's sensitive data without the consumer's prior consent.(b) Penalties and attorney general enforcement procedures under section 325O.10 apply to a small business that violates this section.Added by 2024 Minn.
