Section 37:626 - Persons exempt
This Chapter does not apply to:
(1) Commissioned medical or surgical officers of the United States Army, Navy, or United States Public Health Service Hospital when in the actual performance of their official duties;(2) Physicians duly registered under the state medical laws.
