Section 37:1453 - InvestigationsA. The commission may, upon its own motion, and shall, upon the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions of any licensee, registrant, certificate holder, or any person who assumes to act in any such capacity. Such an investigation may include inquiries and inspections of records.B. Every licensee, registrant, and certificate holder shall cooperate fully with and answer all questions propounded by commission personnel conducting an investigation, inquiry, or records inspection.C. Every licensee, registrant, and certificate holder shall produce any document, book, or record in his possession, or under his control, relative to any investigation, inquiry, or records inspection conducted by commission personnel.D.
